Our general services include:

Maritime security services include personnel training, not just for the crew but also for the owner and any attending members of the owner’s family and staff.  Of course, training for the owner and his family is optional but participation can really help to bring peace of mind through understanding of the issues and knowing how best to respond.  Most owners and their spouses who have attended such training have loved it, told their friends and come back again for more. 

Crewmembers who have undergone such training have said that they found it indispensable.

Maritime security services also include ISPS Code compliance and vessel construction review.

We can assist crewmembers with issues of licensing, operational matters that may arise, questions on maritime administration, supply of flags, and ancillary matters.  Crew services are further covered in the sections, “Marine Services / Crew Issues” and “Marine Management / Accounting”.

In respect of survey, certification and code compliance, we can liaise between statutory surveyors, classification societies and other parties involved in a particular project to help resolve issues and achieve a timely conclusion. 

Sometimes, a ship is registered when lying in a port where the registry has no representative office or surveyor present and original certificates [including certificate of registry] need to be onboard right away so that the ship can sail and continue trading.  We can act to arrange this, assuming reasonable prior notice. 

There are numerous other occasions where we have acted to resolve issues that arise between the vessel or its operation and the maritime administration.
